Shipping and Delivery Policy
This shipping and delivery policy (“Shipping and Delivery Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of any items you purchase through Improve You Life website.
Our products come from several vendors within the US, Europe and Asia, allowing us to offer wholesale prices and high quality products. At Improve You Life, our goal is to offer you the best products but also the best shipping options. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
Against our will, all orders are subject to product availability. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
The estimated time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
We will email you a tracking number, usually one day after your order has been placed.
This Shipping and Delivery Policy is subject to change without notice. The version of this Shipping and Delivery Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your purchase.
